A chance for ASD children and their siblings to come and meet others and have fun playing on games consoles. Every other Saturday from 10.00am to 1.00pm. For 6 year olds upwards. Free.

Parkside (Aldershot and District Mencap) Children’s Saturday Clubs logo

The Saturday Scene club meets fortnightly on Saturdays from 10.00am until 12.30pm for children aged 6 to 11. Children have the opportunity to take part in many activities including baking, arts and crafts, using the sensory suite and visits to the local park.

The Our Space club for young people aged 12 to 16 years meets fortnightly on a Saturday from 9.30am until 12.30pm. A programme of off-site activities is run each term, to give the young people a sense of "moving on" and experiencing social opportunities in the wider community.

Runs every Monday in term time. Mondays 4.30pm – 6.00pm for ages 5 - 10 years. Mondays 6.15pm – 7.45pm for ages 11-13 years.

Lots of activities on offer including arts and crafts, computer access, Wii games, music and gardening. Places will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis with no more than 30 children at any time. All our staff and volunteers have Enhanced CRB disclosures.

Frimley Lodge Parkrun logo

Frimley Lodge parkrun is a FREE weekly 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 9am in Frimley Lodge Park.

It is not a race against other runners, but a 5k timed run and it can really be whatever you want it to be, whether that's for fun or as part of a training plan.

It offers an opportunity for all the local community, male or female, young or old, to come together on a regular basis to enjoy this beautiful park and get physically active into the bargain. We want to encourage people to jog or run together irrespective of their ability – this event is truly open to all and best of all it really is FREE!

There is also a 2.5km event running at the same time every week.
