Samuel Cody Specialist Sports College (on the site of the former Oak Farm Community School) offers a host of part time Adult Learning courses, both leisure and skills based. Junior courses are also available and they have some excellent facilities for hire.

Southern Navigators Orienteering Club logo

Orienteering is a timed sport where competitors of all ages and abilities navigate their way at their own pace between
features marked on a special map.

Your local orienteering club is "Southern Navigators" (SN) and is one of the longest established clubs in Britain.

The membership of about 130 comes from the general area of West Surrey, NorthEast Hampshire and South Berkshire.

For children or young people with disabilities or additional needs. Various dates usually during the school holidays. 10.00am - 12.30pm. Various ages. £3.20 per child and £2.50 for siblings.

Tennis Courts logo

Free tennis courts for all ages are available at Manor Park, Aldershot (Church Lane East entrance); Priory Park, Rectory Road, Farnborough; Cove Green, Prospect Road, Farnborough. All are open all day during daylight hours.

Every Sunday weather permitting, excluding Christmas and New Year. 10.15am - 12.00 noon. Sessions for 5-9 year olds, 10-16 year olds and adults.

Free coaching and free tennis. Anybody is welcome.

The cadets are free to join and open to males and females aged 12 and above. Cadets take part in a variety of activities encouraging team work, personal responsibility and fitness, while having fun and making friends in the process. There are detachments throughout north Hampshire.

The Trust's aim is to assist youngsters with funding to facilitate their participation, attendance or the purchase of equipment for sporting events and activities.

The Rock and Pop Foundation is based in the centre of Aldershot and aims to help musicians to successfully map their route into the complex world of the music industry. Their support includes innovative music programmes and a network for information, advice, jobs, education, industry links and more.

The Source Young People's Charity logo

The Source is a youth charity aimed at building relationships with young people, and providing them with support, volunteering opportunities and a safe place to ‘be, belong and become’. They have contact with around 600 young people each year aged between 10 to 25 in Aldershot, North East Hampshire and the Surrey borders. Their projects include a team of detached youth workers; youth work training for young volunteers, aged 16 – 25, to work in the Ketchup club; a mentoring programme to give one to one support to 10 – 18 year olds struggling with life; a training programme for mentors; a teenage parent mentoring service; an anger management programme for those whose aggression is seriously affecting their life; and anger management training for adult professionals or volunteers working with young people.
